As nice as it is to be outside during the fall weather and admire all the changing leaves, it is also fun to stay warm and cozy inside. If I have some free time to be cozy at home, I usually watch a t.v. show. However, if you do not feel like watching a spooky show, why not try reading a spooky book instead? Today on Blog-O-ween Day 19, I am sharing my Halloween Book List.
I will admit, I recently have not been reading that much. Throughout my life I have gone through phases of reading a lot and then not reading at all. Reading is a habit I want to get back into doing. Since I want to start reading more often, I will probably start with a Halloween book from this list.
My Halloween Book List is made up of different kinds of books. Some of these books are for light reading and about The Nightmare Before Christmas, others are a more in-depth story about Tim Burton’s movies. Whatever kind of book you like to read, I hope you check out some books from this list.
Halloween Book List
- Tim Burton by Ron Magliozzi
- The Nightmare Before Christmas Written & Illustrated by Tim Burton
- Burton on Burton by Tim Burton
- The Nightmare Before Christmas Party Cookbook By Tim Burton
- Pretty Little Liars Series by Sara Shepard
- Tim Burton Interviews by Tim Burton
- The Complete Tales and Poems of Edgar Allan Poe by Edgar Allan Poe
- The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Film, The Art, The Vision by Frank Thompson
- It’s The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown, The Making of a Television Classic by Charles Schulz and Lee Mendelson
- Coraline by Neil Gaiman
I am sure there are a ton of other spooky books that can be added to this list. If you have any suggestions please let me know! Make sure to save and Pin this list for later!
My Halloween Book List is mainly made up of Nightmare Before Christmas and Tim Burton books because I am such a huge fan. I do have some non Burton books on the list, such as The Pretty Little Liars series and The Complete Tales and Poems of Edgar Allan Poe.
I hope you have enjoyed my Halloween Book List and that it gave you some ideas of new books to read. Please check out some of my other Blog-O-Ween posts such as, Jack Skellington Cricut Pumpkins and a list of Spooky Shows to watch.
