This Is Halloween

Halloween is my favorite holiday and I love to celebrate it throughout the whole year. My house is always decorated with skulls and Nightmare Before Christmas decor. I love when October arrives because the Halloween spirit is everywhere.

Since it is Halloween season I thought it was very appropriate to wear my Nightmare Before Christmas dress! I received this dress a few years ago for Christmas and it will always be one of my favorites. This dress is a collage of all the characters from The Nightmare Before Christmas. The material of this dress is very comfortable and it is not stiff. This dress has a little bit of a cap sleeve to it and a keyhole on the back of it.

This dress is very bold due to the awesome collage all over it. When I wear this dress I like to keep everything else I am wearing neutral. I wore a pair of black flats from Material Girl and a cropped Material Girl jacket since it was a little chilly out. As for my jewelry I thought this was the perfect opportunity for me to wear my Jack Skellington bat bow tie necklace. I wanted just one pop of color with this look so I wore a pair of bright blue sunglasses. This is my favorite shade of blue and I love how it pops against the black and white in this dress.

This Nightmare Before Christmas dress was from Hot Topic and since it is a few years old it is not available anymore. However, Hot Topic currently does have a few other Nightmare Before Christmas dresses, tops, and accessories. Whether Halloween is your favorite holiday or not it is still fun to get into the spirit and wear Halloween inspired clothing.
