Vera Wang

One of my absolute favorite dresses that I have worn in the past few months is this beautiful floral one from Vera Wang! I needed a dress to wear to a wedding so I was on the hunt for one. My mom found this dress from Bloomingdale’s and we both fell in love with it. When I saw this dress in person I could not wait to wear it. This was the perfect dress to wear to a spring wedding and I will definitely wear in again.

The dress itself is navy with a blue and white floral pattern across it. The flowers have a grey/silver stem to them so I knew I wanted to style silver accessories with this dress. I wore a silver necklace, bracelet and a pair of silver Betsey Johnson shoes. My shoes are not visible, however they are from Betsey’s “Something Blue” collection and they are super comfortable. They have a small heel but they are still easy to walk in.

I needed a purse to bring with me but I did not want anything too crazy that would distract from the dress. I had this clutch from Forever 21 that I thought matched nicely. The clutch is a great size and you can fit a lot in it. The silver studs also matched my other accessories perfectly.

This Vera Wang dress has three layers to it which makes it a little bit on the heavy side. It is not hard to wear or walk in but it is definitely not a lightweight sundress. The straps on this dress are optional but I decided to wear them.

I had such a fun time wearing this dress and it was perfect for the spring. I have a few recitals coming up this year and I will definitely wear this dress for one of them. I am so happy my mom found this dress and it was available in my size.
