Even though it is still February, I am 200% ready for warm weather, spring clothing, and sunny days. Actually I’ve been ready for that since it started to get cold out! But since it is still winter, I have a cowl-neck sweater that you absolutely need to keep you warm until spring!
My mom got me this cowl-neck sweater for Christmas from ModCloth. There are so many aspects of this sweater that I love. The first is the color. I do not have any lavender sweaters and I really enjoy the navy color block details on the sleeves.
I also love the style of this cowl-neck sweater. The front of the sweater has a pretty crochet detail to it, and the back is just a regular knit style sweater. There are also slits on the sides.
Since the front of this cowl-neck sweater has a crochet detail to it, I would recommend wearing a shirt underneath it. I have been wearing a long sleeve grey shirt underneath my sweater anytime I wear it. Wearing a grey shirt blends with the lavender sweater nicely and does not distract from the sweater.
Sometimes you see sweaters online that look super cozy but then in person they are not. I can tell you from experience though that this cowl-neck sweater is extremely comfortable and it will keep you warm! This is probably the only cowl-neck sweater I own and I love how warm it is. If there is going to be an extremely cold day, I always wear this sweater.
This cowl-neck sweater is also super easy to style. Lately, I have been wearing it with a variety of black jeans. I think it would also look great with grey, white, or regular denim jeans. I also like how ModCloth styled this sweater on their website with floral jeans.
If you are looking to ways to stay warm during the rest of winter, yet want to start wearing some spring colors, why not purchase this pretty and cozy lavender cowl-neck sweater from ModCloth?! I cannot get over how comfortable it is and I know you will love it too! It is currently still available on their website in a variety of sizes!
