Coral Reef

Coral and teal are a perfect color combination to wear during the summer. Wearing these colors together just makes me want to go to a tropical island. Anyone can pull these colors off and they are fun to wear on a hot summer day.

This coral and teal combination that I put together is all about the accessories. If you are not one to wear a bunch of bold colors at one time, this look is perfect for you! The teal part of this outfit is found on my blouse. This blouse can be dressed up or down and it goes well with other neutral colors such as white and grey. For this look, however, I styled this teal blouse with a pair of black shorts.

The coral part of this outfit is found in my accessories. My bracelet and ring are both from Lauren G. Adams. I got these pieces of jewelry a year and a half ago while I was in Turks and Caicos. Every time I wear these pieces of jewelry, I always think of that trip and how much fun I had.


I love wearing this bracelet and ring against a teal top because of how well the colors complement each other. To match my coral jewelry, I wore a pair of coral sandals from Material Girl.

If you really enjoy the coral and teal color combination but have never really tried to wear it, start out with something simple like this look. You can wear one color on a piece of clothing, and the other color can be found in some fun accessories. Bold colors do not have to be worn on your actual clothes,  you can use jewelry, hats, sunglasses, and sandals to wear colors that complement each other.
