Romper in New Mexico

I spotted this beautiful, Aztec pattern romper in Macy’s back in June and I knew it would be perfect for my trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico! I was so happy I purchased it because it was a lot of fun to wear around the inspirational and unique town of Santa Fe. Since there are so many colors in this romper the styling possibilities are endless. I decided to add one pop of color against this romper and keep the rest of my accessories neutral.

This romper is a little big up top and very open so I wore a tank top underneath it. I wanted to wear a contrasting color so I decided on an orange tank top from Forever 21.  I picked up on the white that is in the pattern of this romper by wearing white sandals and white sunglasses. I kept my jewelry simple by wearing a silver necklace and two silver bracelets.

I have actually never worn or owned a romper before but I am really glad I purchased this one! This romper is perfect for summer because of the colors how lightweight it is. This is definitely a piece that can go from day to night and can be dressed up or down. You could also wear a cardigan over top of it on a cooler summer day or night.

I’m really glad I tried something new and gave this romper a chance. Santa Fe was very hot at times but I did not feel overheated because of how lightweight this romper is. If you have never tried a romper before I would recommend giving it a shot! Now that I know I enjoy wearing rompers I have been keeping my eye out for more!
